    We’ve designed our solutions with small businesses in mind.   • What size business is a good fit for Escape Computers?
    Although we’re comfortable taking on any and all small businesses, we focus primarily on businesses with 50 or fewer employees.
  • What geographical areas do you support?
    Escape Computers serves all locales in and around Southern Ontario, with a particular focus on Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Brantford, Guelph, St. Catharines, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Toronto.
  • What solutions does Escape Computers offer?
    We provide computer and IT fix and repair services, either onsite or remotely. We can help you fix your immediate tech problems whenever they arise, or we can establish regular check-ins to stay on top of IT maintenance and upkeep needs. In addition to onsite and remote fixes, we also offer IT consulting services. We provide guidance and advice, whether it’s to do with problems you’re facing or planning for the future success of your business.   • What is Managed IT? Do you offer that service?
    “Managed IT” is essentially a fancy way of referring to the process of overseeing the equipment and technical needs of a business on a day-to-day, month-to-month basis. The managed IT provider takes care of the maintenance and updates required for workplace machines, acts as the point person for dealing with third-party providers, and fixes any technical issues that arise. Yes, Escape Computers is happy to assist you with managed IT services!
  • Do I have any financial or time commitments when working with Escape Computers?
    Not at all! We don’t lock our clients into any contracts or expectations, and we charge only for the services we provide - no retainer fees. If we assist you in signing up for services (like email or Internet, for example), everything remains under your name and entirely under your control. We believe that we should earn your business the next time you have a problem, not strong-arm you into working with us.
  • Does Escape Computers provide support to Mac OS users?
    We’re not Apple Authorized, though we have extensive experience working with Mac users. If you’re having trouble with your Apple devices, we’re happy to assist you.
